The Troop 216 Parent's Guide provides most of the information a parent will need to about the troop and its program. It is a handy reference for all Troop 216 parents, especially parents considering enrolling their sons in the troop or parents of newly enrolled scouts.

REQUIRED FORMS FOR SUMMER CAMP:

Medical Record Part A and C:  to be completed annually by all participants (scouts and adults).  

Medical Record Part B:  is required with Part A and C by all participants (scouts and adults) attending high adventure scouting activities and/or summer camp.  

DUE DATES: Usually in mid-May.  Exact dates will be listed on the website Current Events page.
